The third and main living area opens directly onto the expanded pool deck with infinity pool, sunken seating area and outdoor dining space with seating for 8 persons.  The kitchen flows seamlessly from the living area and offers a large central island with seating for mixing and mingling during meal prep and casual dinners.  The third of the three bedrooms is located on this level with a private ensuite bathroom.  The laundry area and a further guest half bath are offered on this level for your convenience.
