This fully air conditioned single storey luxury villa is located in the private development of Christophe Harbour located about 20 minutes from Basseterre and the airport and just minutes from Cockleshell beach with water taxi's to Nevis.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is flooded with natural light and feature floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which open to the privated pool terrace with outdoor entertaining area and BBQ.  Lounge chairs with umbrellas are available for your comfort.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge and ice maker are conveniently located close to the pool area and with a large window to provide a serving hatch from the kitchen.  A separate laundry is equipped with a  full sized washer and dryer.

There are four bedrooms with a bed configuration of a master suite comprising of a kingsized bed sleeping 2 persons and ensuite bathroom with stand alone tub and walk in shower, double vanity and toilet and a 2 queen bed suite  sleeping up to 4 persons with ensuite bathroom with tub and shower, vanity and toilet located on each side of the villa.  A guest toilet also opens to the pool deck. The villa is equipped with extra sheets and generous supplies of towels.

The villa has a back up water supply providing some limited water in case of Government shut offs and a back up generator.

This property is located on a secluded beach  just a few minutes walk from the villa and has access to a private members club which also offers lunch and dinner service (additional costs)

Maximum guest number is 12 persons (please note the bed configuration)
