This fully air conditioned luxury villa is located in the private development of Christophe Harbour located about 15 minutes from Basseterre and the airport and just minutes from Cockleshell beach with water taxi's to Nevis.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is flooded with natural light and feature sliding glass doors which open to the pool terrace with outdoor entertaining area and BBQ.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge and ice maker are conveniently located close to the pool area and with a large window to provide a serving hatch from the kitchen.  A separate laundry is equipped with a  full sized washer and dryer.

There are three bedrooms on the lower level of the villa with a forth bedroom on the first level (upper level).  Three bedrooms feature king sized beds with ensuite bathrooms and the fourth bedroom features two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom.  A guest toilet also opens to the pool deck. The villa is equipped with extra sheets and generous supplies of towel.

The villa has a back up water supply providing some limited water in case of Government shut offs and a back up generator.

This property is located on a secluded beach and has access to a private members club which also offers lunch and dinner service (additional costs)

Maximum guest number is 10 persons (please note the bed configuration)
